"Uncommon Sense -- Using CFO Metrics and CEO Vision to Create Engagement and Productivity
It's all about practical with the "new world" workforce - figuring out which benefits and strategies are motivators and looking at management and compensation issues....from a viewpoint outside of Human Resources. Simply put, the overall theme of this program is not wasting money on things that don't work, and looking at the world through the eyes of the CFO.
Karl Ahlrichs, SPHR is a strategic consultant to management, working with the leadership teams of national organizations on Human Capital issues. He is the facilitator of the CFO Roundtable, a monthly meeting with a membership list of over 100 CFOs. He has presented to National conferences of the CPA Society, and has been invited to present at 10 consecutive SHRM Annual Conferences. He was voted the HR Professional of the Year for Indiana SHRM in 2003.
Karl is a business generalist who speaks HR language, and can translate the needs and wants of the executive suite to any audience. He has professional experience with Marsh & Mclennan, Right Management Consultants, and multiple local and regional service firms.
